• $30.00 -Certified 

• Number of Days: Varies
• Hours: 
• E.S. 3:00 PM-6:30 PM during program scheduled days.
• M.S. 3:15 PM -6:30 PM during program scheduled days. 

• Various Campus Assignments

 

Position Overview & Primary Purpose:

This position is responsible for delivering daily curriculum to include academic enrichment, recreation, nutrition, fine arts, technology, sports, college/workforce and community partnerships components in the Extended Day Programs. 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED 
• Knowledge of after school or youth programs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Skills in working with diverse groups of students and families
• Experience in working with you in an education, youth group or camp setting. 

Preferred Qualifications:

Have met formal academic assessment, associate’s degree, or two years of study (48 hours) at an institution of higher learning*

Working days, working hours, duty assignment, and job locations are subject to change.

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Responsible for delivering daily curriculum to include academic enrichment, recreation, nutrition, fine arts, technology, sports, college/workforce and community partnership components in the after-school program setting.
• Provide help and supervision during daily homework time.
• Manage student behavior, provide excellent classroom management and maintain student confidentiality. 
• Coordinate with Extended Day administration regarding extended day special programming.
